The meltblown core is wrapped with premium quality fine-fiber covers made using small diameter densely woven polypropylene fibers. These covers are then ultrasonically bonded to a high-loft meltblown core. They are manufactured to maximize loft, durability and absorbency. The result is a high-quality low-lint sorbent with durable outer covers that are fast wicking and low lint. Oil-only bilge booms (socks/pads) are designed for use in bilges and sump situations. They will absorb fuel and oil but NOT water. Sold individualy.
