Return Policy

Returns
Return requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.

The following items are non-returnable or refundable.

• Any installed product or used products
• All cut or customized items such as wire, cable, rope, hose, chain or rigging
• All special orders
• Items past their expiration date such as flares, charts, and re-arm kits
• Items that are registered such as EPIRB, Class B AIS, and life rafts
• Open and/or used electronic charts or similar software
• Air conditioners, hot water tanks, and appliances; and
• All clearance, open-box, or similarly marked products

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. You must have a Return Authorization number prior to submitting your return.

To initiate an online return or exchange, please request authorization by emailing shipping@boathouse.ca. Include your order number and reason for return in the email. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s). Return shipping costs are at the discretion of the retailer and are generally not covered.

Returns can be made in person at our Pointe-Claire location (a Return Authorization number is not required for in-store returns).
