The X2 Windlass is suitable for a boat length, in feet of 35' to 45' for Heavy Duty applications, and for Light Duty of 45' to 50'.

• Most of Lofrans electric motors are series-wound. They have the advantage over the less expensive permanent magnet motors to produce an initial starting torque which can be useful in critical situations.

Project X2 ships with Solenoid Control Box. Switches and 100A Circuit Breaker are required and sold separately.
