Gelcoat White Unwaxed Quart

This gelcoat is made using a special type of polyester resin that provides durability and flexibility, making it ideal for manufacturing multi-angle surfaces and large parts. It's also resistant to water blistering and provides good UV resistance. 822-31 has a specific viscosity, thixotropy, and gel time, which make it easy to apply using conventional air atomized and airless equipment. The recommended final wet film thickness is 18 to 25 mils, and the catalyst level should be between 1.5% and 2% DHD-9 or MEKP (50%).
